• Data Scraping: Extracting, harvesting, or copying any data from our platform
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer any part of our service
• Unauthorized Access: Accessing accounts or areas of the service you're not authorized to access
• Spam or Abuse: Sending unsolicited messages or engaging in abusive behavior
• Malicious Activities: Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Note: Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You Own Your Content: All content you create, upload, or add to your portfolio remains your property. We only store and display it to provide our service to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

To operate our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Display your portfolio content to visitors you choose to share it with
• Store and backup your data for service reliability
• Make technical modifications needed for compatibility across devices
• Analyze usage patterns and anonymized data to improve our platform

Limited Rights: These rights exist only to provide our service to you. We don't use your content for advertising or other commercial purposes.

Platform Improvement: We may use anonymized usage data and patterns to improve our service, fix bugs, and develop new features that benefit all users.

All aspects of the Service platform, including design, code, and functionality, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion:

• Your profile and portfolio will be removed from public view immediately
• Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

In no event shall Perfolio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
